Course Outline: The course is spread across three months which will cover understanding of hospital ecosystem, clinical support and administrative areas into departmental dependencies, patient support services, focus on core front office operations, introduction to healthcare environment, medical terminology and data protection is an essential part of the program. We focus very much on communication in customer service skills, telephone mastering in person, interactions, escalation and de-escalation of challenging situation. Managing patient expectation feedbacks are all covered in this program.
The program also focuses on listening skills, mastering interpersonal interactions. The complete Patient flow for the front office handling enquiries. Information dissemination is a very important part of this program
We work with students on teamwork and cultural sensitivity and handling feedbacks effectively on at your workplace, conflict resolution and understanding and respecting diverse cultures in India.
Apart from theory training we work with them on simulation-based situations in a hospital situation.
